Rachel Quinn Berg
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

About Me
My Career Mission and Purpose
My mission and purpose in becoming a Registered Dietitian are to teach my clients that a healthy lifestyle can be achieved without eliminating their favorite foods. I believe working with clients to develop attainable and realistic goals is the most effective way to achieve results. Nutrition and food is a powerful medicine for our bodies, and with all the false information out there, my goal is to teach others that nutrition is a mindset that all are capable of without following a strict diet.
